Sante "Sandy" D'Emidio - Vice President - Corporate Secretary
Sante "Sandy" D'Emidio is the Vice President of Industrial Services Enterprises. Sandy is tasked with heading the structural steel department within the company. He also sits on the board of directors and is the corporate secretary.
Sandy was born into the steel business and is a third generation family member at ISE. His father was the president of ISE for over 30 years. With 20+ years of experience in the Steel Industry, he has worked in the fabrication shop, the field, and the office.
Sandy attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he studied Business Administration. After college, he came on board with ISE full time, splitting his workload between the office and the field operations. In 2009 Sandy moved into the office full time. Sandy worked his way through the company as a project manager and estimator, then director of the structural steel department, and then became Vice President in 2023.
Sandy uses his knowledge drawn from his experiences working in the steel fabrication shop, and out in the field erecting steel, to accurately bid jobs. He also works closely with ISE's EZ Riser department and handles any structural steel needs during the course of an EZ Riser roof raising project.
Sandy is married to his wife Rebecca and they have two sons. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. He is an avid snowboarder, and plays mens Ice Hockey. He also enjoys spending summers at the Jersey Shore, hiking, camping, and traveling. Sandy also volunteers as a soccer coach in the town he lives in.
