Frank Molinaro is an estimator/project manager for Industrial Services Enterprises. Frank attended The New Jersey Institute of Technology (2012 – 2017) where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a focus in Construction Management. In addition to his studies Frank also has roughly 5 years of construction management experience, 4 of which were spent specifically in the Structural Steel Industry.
During his studies at NJIT, Frank developed a keen interest in steel construction, which quickly evolved into a passion after gaining hands-on experience in the field. He recognizes that each job comes with its own set of challenges to overcome and loves devising various methods to complete projects effectively. Often, while commuting across the state with family and friends, he points out buildings they’ve worked on and proudly says, “We built that building!” For him, the most rewarding aspect of the job is standing outside a building, knowing he played a part in its creation.
Outside of work Frank is an avid surfer and outdoorsman. Whether that’s waking up before sunrise in the middle of winter to catch some waves or going out into the woods for a camping trip/hike. Frank enjoys spending his time with his closest friends and family creating memories to remember for years to come.
