Jim DuChemin has been in the structural steel detailing business for over 34 years, including 25 years as a self-employed steel detailer and checker. He attended college, majoring in architecture. In addition to structural steel detailing and checking, Jim’s vast experience in detailing, steel erection, and shop layout makes him an invaluable member of the team.
Jim’s primary duties at ISE include detailing coordination, supervision, scheduling, and checking as well as field measuring and problem solving.
