Sante “Sandy” D’Emidio is the Vice President of Industrial Services Enterprises. Sandy leads the structural steel department within the company, overseeing fabrication and building. Always one to wear many hats, he also is a member of the board of directors and is the corporate secretary.
Sandy was born into the steel business and is a third-generation family member at ISE, picking up the mantle from his father, Sante D’Emidio Sr., who was president of ISE from 1988 until 2015. With 20+ years of experience in the steel industry, he has extensive experience in each phase of the business, from the fabrication shop to steel erection, and finally, estimating and project management.
Sandy attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he studied Business Administration. After college, he came on board with ISE full-time, splitting his workload between the office and the field operations before focusing on managerial efforts starting in 2009. Sandy worked his way through the company as a project manager, estimator, and eventually the director of the structural steel department. He most recently became Vice President in 2023.
Sandy leverages his experience from working in the steel fabrication shop and out in the field erecting steel to effectively bid jobs. He handles any structural steel needs during the course of roof lifting projects.
Sandy is married to his wife, Rebecca, and they have two sons. He is an avid snowboarder, plays men’s ice hockey, and volunteers as an ice hockey and soccer coach. He also enjoys spending summers at the Jersey Shore, hiking, camping, and traveling.
