Frank Molinaro - Project Manager
Frank Molinaro is an estimator/project manager for Industrial Services Enterprises. Frank attended The New Jersey Institute of Technology (2012 – 2017) where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a focus in Construction Management. In addition to his studies Frank also has roughly 5 years of construction management experience, 4 of which were spent specifically in the Structural Steel Industry. The additional year was spent working with a developer/builder where Frank assisted in the oversight of the construction of a nine-story mixed use building. It was during this period where Frank gained experience in managing all aspects of construction, from managing day to day work all the way to maintaining overall project budget and schedule.
During his studies at NJIT Frank grew an interest in steel construction specifically but never gave it much thought as a “career path” until he experienced it firsthand. Since entering the structural steel industry Frank has become extremely passionate about steel construction. The process and challenge of making sure that the steel is properly (custom) fabricated to be installed is what interests Frank the most. “Every job is completely different and with that every job has obstacles that need overcoming, I enjoy the challenge of coming up with different means and methods to complete the job…engineering on the fly if you will”. Although at times stressful and overwhelming, the biggest reward is being able to see a completed project that will be standing for decades to come. Frank often finds himself saying “we built that building” as he is commuting throughout the state with family and friends, “That’s the most rewarding thing” standing outside of a building knowing you played a part in creating something.
Outside of work Frank is an avid surfer and outdoorsman, there is never a time where Frank isn’t on some type of adventure. Whether that’s waking up before sunrise in the middle of winter to catch some waves or going out into the woods for a camping trip/hike, Frank is always searching for the next adventure. If by some chance, there are no waves on the horizon, Frank enjoys spending his time with his closest friends and family creating memories to remember for years to come.
